food truck: our menu is based on original West Texas Barbecue with a side of Texas Comfort Food. The taste and quality of our menu items are slow-smoked and sliced to perfection. Over the years, we have grown from family gatherings in our home with our original Pit "Big Black" to now a food truck "Big Blue", full-service catering company, and pre-orders in Odessa + Midland Tx and the surrounding Permian Basin. We are proud to offer a range of experiences from family-style dinners, Gabe's Specials, to catering at some of Odessa & Midland's favourite venues.
